As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a work-study program, you will support our sales team in developing our portfolio of clients and partners. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and making strategic contacts.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospect by phone using an existing database, and enrich it based on detected opportunities.

  • Qualify incoming leads generated from digital marketing and events (trade shows, webinars, syndicated campaigns).

  • Analyze prospects’ needs and identify decision-makers within target companies.

  • Schedule qualified meetings for sales representatives (Account Executives or Channel Managers).

  • Create, track, and update business opportunities in our CRM.

  • Work closely with the Channel and Inside Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective follow-up.

  • Student focused on sales, business, or marketing, with a strong interest in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS environments.

  • Comfortable speaking and writing in French (and English if possible).

  • Autonomous, rigorous, curious, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Attentive, results-oriented, and motivated by commercial challenges.

  • Previous experience in prospecting or client relations is a plus.
