As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a work-study program, you will support our sales team in developing our portfolio of clients and partners. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and making strategic contacts.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospect by phone using an existing database, and enrich it based on detected opportunities.
Qualify incoming leads generated from digital marketing and events (trade shows, webinars, syndicated campaigns).
Analyze prospects’ needs and identify decision-makers within target companies.
Schedule qualified meetings for sales representatives (Account Executives or Channel Managers).
Create, track, and update business opportunities in our CRM.
Work closely with the Channel and Inside Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective follow-up.
Student focused on sales, business, or marketing, with a strong interest in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS environments.
Comfortable speaking and writing in French (and English if possible).
Autonomous, rigorous, curious, with strong interpersonal skills.
Attentive, results-oriented, and motivated by commercial challenges.
Previous experience in prospecting or client relations is a plus.
