Description
BUSINESS PARTNER Advising and Supporting Top Management: Advising and supporting the top management of a business unit in all HR-relevant topics/issues. Related Competencies: Effective Communication, Interpersonal Relationships and Collaboration. Derivation of HR Strategies and Measures : Deriving suitable HR strategies and measures from the business unit strategy and implementing them consistently in cooperation with relevant business units. Labor Relations: Compliance monitoring Absenteeism Turnover Lawsuits Employee terminations Union dealings Optimization of HR Processes and Tools: Setting up or optimizing new or existing HR processes and tools in cooperation with the company's HR functions and ensuring their global implementation. Related Competencies: Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, Talent Management and Development. Onboarding and Filling Key Positions: Responsible for the onboarding and filling of key positions within the respective business unit. Related Competencies: Talent Management and Development, Interpersonal Relationships and Collaboration. Design of Performance, Talent, and Succession Management Systems: Helping to design an international performance, talent, and succession management system and ensuring its implementation in the business unit. Coordination or Management of Local HR Projects: Taking over the coordination or management of local HR projects, if necessary, outside the respective area of responsibility. Coaching Support for Management: Providing coaching support for management (e.g., reorganization, change management). Related Competencies: Interpersonal Relationships and Collaboration, Effective Communication.
