We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable ERP solutions while managing and mentoring a team of Odoo developers. Key Responsibilities

  Define and lead the overall architecture of Odoo-based ERP solutions aligned with business needs
• 
  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers to ensure high-quality delivery
• 
  Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs
• 
  Oversee development, customization, and integration of Odoo modules
• 
  Establish development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines
• 
  Review code and system designs to ensure performance, scalability, and consistency
• 
  Drive implementation of complex workflows, business processes, and system integrations
• 
  Ensure system performance optimization, security, and reliability
• 
  Oversee testing, deployment, and release management processes
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• 
  Lead technical discussions, solution planning, and architecture decision-making
• 
  Ensure proper documentation of architecture, systems, and custom developments

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 
  6+ years of experience in Odoo development and ERP system design
• 
  Proven experience in a technical leadership or team management role
• 
  Strong expertise in Odoo architecture, customization, and module development
• 
  Experience with large-scale ERP implementations is a plus
• 
  Knowledge of cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• 
  Very good to excellent English proficiency
