1. Conducted internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) as a Qualified Auditor.
2. Involved in and assisted with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems for ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), ISO 45001:2018 (OSHMS), and ISO 22301:2019 (BIA).
3. Planned, managed, and allocated manpower for the Quality Department.
4. Coordinated quality planning for each manufactured model to meet customer standards and requirements.

8. Coordinated internal audits and control plan audits conducted by Quality Engineers.

10. Prepared monthly KPI quality reviews for the Quality Manager and delivered monthly RMA reports to customers.
11. Served as the quality lead to address customer-reported issues and provided 8D reports in response.
