In this role, you lead the Finance Controlling department, managing 2 direct reports (1 manager accounting and 1 business controller) and 4 indirect reports (liabilities receivables), while serving as a member of the Board of Linde Gas Switzerland Operating within a matrix organization, you report directly to the Executive Director Finance, Region South West You own and oversee statutory and consolidated financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP), ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage all tax and risk-related matters to safeguard the company’s financial integrity and optimize risk exposure You drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, monitor and analyze business performance, and identify and implement measures to continuously improve financial outcomes You ensure the company's liquidity by managing planning and necessary financing measures You also actively participate in the digitalization and automation of processes and contribute to the company’s development toward digital transformation
