Description

Nova Post Deutschland is looking for an ambitious **Sales Manager** in **Berlin**. If you have experience managing clients from the first contact to contract signing, and are **results-oriented**, we will be happy to welcome you to our team.
## Tasks
* Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing
* Product and service presentations during meetings or online
* Conducting negotiations, handling objections, and establishing partnerships
* Preparing individual commercial offers
* Cooperation with the account management team and client handover after deal closure
* Working with the CRM system and preparing reports
* Monitoring the market, competitors, and providing feedback
## Requirements
* At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
* German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Independence, proactivity, and result orientation
