Were hiring Customer Service Representatives for MediaMarkt & Saturn (MMS) fully remote across Turkey!

What Youll Do

Support customers with inquiries such as:

o Nearest store locations.

o Online product returns.

o Complaints and issue resolution.

o Stock availability checks.

o Product reservation requests.

Handle inbound calls (emails may be included later).

Provide basic technical support when needed.

Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: 42,000 TL

Bonuses:

o Attendance bonus: 5,000 TL (with 100% shift compliance, valid until end of

2025).

o Quality bonus: up to 10% of salary.

Private Health Insurance: Provided via Mapfre (employee only).

Work Schedule

Shifts between 09:00 20:00 CET (summer hours; winter adds +1 hour).

Rotating shifts:

o 09:0018:00

o 10:0019:00

o 11:0020:00

o 12:0021:00

o 13:0022:00

Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).

Days off: 2 per week (Sunday fixed, second day variable).

Work on public holidays required (paid at 2x rate by law).

Training

Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).

Hours: 09:0018:00 or 10:0019:00.

Format: Online.

Attendance is mandatory.

Requirements

Dutch (C1/C2) required.

Solid computer skills (average or above).

A smartphone (for secure VPN login verification).

Ability to work remotely across Turkey.
