Job Summary
We are seeking a UX Concept Designer to craft innovative, user-centered digital experiences. You will focus on analyzing user needs, developing concepts, and creating prototypes to deliver exceptional customer journeys while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer and project requirements.
• Develop user personas, use cases, and customer journeys.
• Create user-centered UX concepts for digital products and services.
• Design wireframes and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Conduct user research through interviews, tests, and other methods.
• Collaborate with agile teams using Design Thinking and Lean UX.
• Present concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in design, user experience, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and methods.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and user research techniques.
• Expertise in Design Thinking and data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
