Description

  1. Specific responsabilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating the annual training plan.

  • Development and enforcement of the annual training matrix.

  • Identification of training needs in collaboration with department heads based on job descriptions and performance evaluations, resulting in training requirements.

  • Develop and monitor the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Measure training effectiveness for both participants and instructors.

  • Ensure consistency or certification of staff who will serve as instructors.

  • Develop internal instructors.

  • Handle internal and external audits.

  • Communicate and comply with legal training requirements for government institutions.

  • Ensure legal and corporate compliance regarding employee training.

  • Coordinate the training and instruction committee.

  • Coordinate the intern program.

  • Coordinate the annual engagement program.

  • Responsible for organizational communication across various media.

  • Responsible for employee transportation.

  • Provide support for labor relations activities.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably.

  • English 70%.

    Education:

  • Bussiness Degree or equivalent.

    Knowledge:

  • Interpretation of Legal Requirements for STPS training.

  • Computer knowledge (office).

  • Knowledge of instructor development.

  • Management of the Lotus Note System / Tress System.

  • Basic knowledge of the training and interaction program in front of groups.

  • Identification of training needs.

  • Knowledge of the LFT.
