Description
Specific responsabilities:
Responsible for coordinating the annual training plan.
Development and enforcement of the annual training matrix.
Identification of training needs in collaboration with department heads based on job descriptions and performance evaluations, resulting in training requirements.
Develop and monitor the onboarding process for new hires.
Measure training effectiveness for both participants and instructors.
Ensure consistency or certification of staff who will serve as instructors.
Develop internal instructors.
Handle internal and external audits.
Communicate and comply with legal training requirements for government institutions.
Ensure legal and corporate compliance regarding employee training.
Coordinate the training and instruction committee.
Coordinate the intern program.
Coordinate the annual engagement program.
Responsible for organizational communication across various media.
Responsible for employee transportation.
Provide support for labor relations activities.
Experience:
3 years of experience in similar position, preferably.
English 70%.
Education:
Bussiness Degree or equivalent.
Knowledge:
Interpretation of Legal Requirements for STPS training.
Computer knowledge (office).
Knowledge of instructor development.
Management of the Lotus Note System / Tress System.
Basic knowledge of the training and interaction program in front of groups.
Identification of training needs.
Knowledge of the LFT.
