CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - PORTO

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
  • Ensure customers get fast time-to-value
  • Keep clients engaged and regularly using products
  • Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
  • Keep a high-level view of the entire support process
  • Advocate for customers
  • Foster a customer-centric team environment
  • Resolve customer issues


Requirements:

  • Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
  • Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Studies/ Knowledge in Marketing or similar área;
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
  • Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
  • Knowledge and experience working in the iGaming industry;
