What will you be doing?

1. Provide work direction and overall supervision to your group, including performance management.
2. Serve as the next level escalation point for customer issues.
3. Ensure company directed processes are followed.
4. Approve PTO requests and time punches each pay period.
5. Serve as the primary customer service contact for assigned accounts and perform related duties including order entry and order management.
6. Participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you need to be successful?

• High School diploma of equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in industrial manufacturing and/or distribution business. 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills.
• Effective written & oral communication skills.
• Ability to detect, scope, and resolve problems independently.
• Strong PC skills including experience with an ERP system.
