Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the resort’s online presence across all social media platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, and supporting revenue-generating campaigns in alignment with the resort’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to guest interactions
  • Execute digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to drive brand visibility and engagement
  • Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content strategy
  • Support reputation management by monitoring online reviews and guest feedback


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills (English & Thai preferred)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or luxury brand is an advantage
