Purpose

We are looking for a QA Coordinator to lead and scale the quality strategy across our products, teams, and markets. Your mission will be to transform QA into a strategic enabler of delivery, reliability, and player experience, ensuring high-quality standards across Web, Mobile, and backend systems in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. 


In this role, you’ll

  • Lead and evolve the QA strategy across products, teams, and markets.
  • Own end-to-end product quality across Web, Mobile, and backend systems.
  • Coordinate QA efforts across squads, ensuring high-quality releases and scalable processes.
  • Drive automation initiatives and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and continuously improve processes, workflows, and delivery standards.
  • Mentor and support QA team members across manual and automation testing practices.

What we look for in an exceptional candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, including leadership or coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in manual testing across Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures.
  • Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman, Cypress, or similar.
  • Experience defining QA processes and automation strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills.


Bonus points if you also have

  • Portuguese language skills.
  • Experience in Gaming, Betting, Fintech, or highly transactional digital products.
  • Experience scaling QA processes across multiple teams or markets.
  • Strong understanding of the business impact of quality, including user experience, retention, and operational performance.
  • Experience balancing hands-on execution with strategic quality leadership in complex environments.
