  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, resource groups, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory integrations.
  • Plan and execute virtual machine migrations, snapshots, backups, and disaster recovery procedures across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Monitor virtualization host health, resource utilization, and storage performance to ensure optimal availability and scalability.

Identity, Access, and Security:

  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication across enterprise applications and services.
  • Deploy, configure, and administer Cisco Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enforce secure access policies across the organization.
  • Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures, including firewall rules, access control lists (ACLs), intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN configurations.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory integration, conditional access policies, and identity governance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to network infrastructure and data protection.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application development, systems administration, and security to assess network requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner; participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Evaluate emerging networking and virtualization technologies and make recommendations for adoption to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other IT staff on networking and workstation support escalations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or a related role in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routing and switching platforms (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Arista).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and supporting multi-site WAN architectures, including MPLS, SD-WAN, and site-to-site VPN solutions.
  • Proven experience administering VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms in production environments.
  • Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, virtual networking, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SSO and Cisco Duo MFA solutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, or industrial business environments is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, port-channel, QoS).
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi host management, vMotion, and distributed resource scheduling (DRS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Hyper-V Manager, failover clustering, and virtual machine replication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure portal, Azure networking, Azure AD Connect, and conditional access policies.
  • Familiarity with SSO protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and Duo MFA administration and policy configuration.
