Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside-Sales Executive to support our assigned list of Resellers. He/she will handle all Quotation Requests and provide support for enquiries related to the assigned resellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle quotation requests and manage all enquiries from the assigned list of Resellers
  • Provide weekly updates on the funnel report for all quotations sent to overseas accounts
  • Monitor potential renewals and send quotations to resellers 1-2 months before the expiry date
  • Process orders, including overseas orders, and manage special pricing approval requests
  • Request export permit licensing from vendors for all government and government-linked projects
  • Track orders and coordinate with stores and resellers to arrange for delivery of demo equipment

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a tertiary qualification
  • Be detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to follow-up
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
