We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38.5 h/week) or part-time (30h or more/week) for a fiexed term of two years! 

Your new job includes

As a Senior People Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategic further development and global scaling of People Development initiatives. Your focus lies on the continued global implementation and enhancement of our Learning Management System (LMS) for our retail and logistics locations. In addition, you can expect a wide range of exciting projects and a high level of creative freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive People Development forward in a sustainable way. 
In particular, you will 

  • lead the global project for the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide functional leadership to the dedicated project team 
  • build and strategically develop structured, scalable, and digital learning offerings 
  • be responsible for coordination and negotiations with various stakeholders and committees 
  • ensure effectiveness and transparency through data-driven management 
  • design and facilitate global and local training sessions 
  • develop strategic People Development concepts for headquarters, retail, and logistics 
  • strategically enhance and professionalize onboarding processes, with a particular focus on leadership roles 

Preferred Profile

  • Completed degree or a commercial vocational training with several years of experience in People Development, including leading complex projects 
  • Strong implementation skills, with clear prioritization and a results-oriented mindset 
  • Confident in working with digital learning solutions and blended learning approaches 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels 
  • Strong stakeholder management, including collaboration with employee representatives 
  • Experience in functional leadership, coaching, or mentoring 
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken 
  • Strong enthusiasm for teamwork
