(SENIOR) PRODUCER - EVENTS

My client
is a global experiential marketing agency that delivers both physical and
virtual events for a really impressive list of clients. Due to recent + ongoing
client wins, they are now looking to expand their Production team with Junior,
mid-weight and Senior Producers.

You will
get the chance to work on regional and global projects, working closely with
other teams around the world. Their previous work spans from traditional
products launches, through to events involving the metaverse.

What you'll be doing:

• Understanding clients'
  business objectives and relaying these back to the team
• Creating and managing project
  documentation, such as plans, timelines and schedules
• Overseeing the logistics of
  multiple events
• Sourcing, liaising with and
  managing third parties (such as venues, vendors, freelance talent, crew,
  etc)
• Managing and allocating
  budgets
• Managing communications
  between team members and clients

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of relevant
  work experience in the event industry for Associate Producer, 4 years for
  Producer and 6 years for Senior Producer
• Strong project management
  experience, overseeing the planning and delivery of events (physical and
  ideally, virtual / hybrid)
• Experience creating /
  managing budgets and accounting systems
• Strong client management
  experience

This role
would be perfect for someone with strong events / experiential experience, that
has an interest in Web3, that is excited by the idea of joining a company
during a period of growth and evolution.
