Perform various tasks for the Service Desk, including pick up and delivery of computer equipment, paper for Bruin Print stations, and basic troubleshooting of computer equipment and AV gear in classrooms. Student Worker will answer phones and create service tickets to be escalated to technicians. Working Conditions: Walking indoors and outdoors. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
