In the background, Simpl uses big data for credit underwriting, risk and fraud modelling, all without any paperwork, and enables Banks and Non-Bank Financial Companies to access a whole new consumer market.




Role:

- Designing, creating and owning the P&L.

- Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships with new merchants and managing the existing ones.

- You would be working in tandem with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to ensure successful development and deployment of new products

- Defining and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving cross-functional product alignment internal stakeholders

- Motivating and monitoring the complete team and helping them to achieve the overall goal

- Managing Lender relationships by providing periodic reviews, dispute management and resolution

- Business profile with Amalgamation of Sales, Growth and Product




Ideal Candidate

Tier 1 post graduate with minimum 8 yrs of work experience in business development, enterprise sales, business & investment advisory or Consulting

- Existing network and relationships with merchants

- Prior experience in solutioning

- Previous scaled early-stage

- Managed small to large business teams



Bonus: Experience if you were an entrepreneur, had your own startup or have worked with fintech or digital lending companies in a similar role.
