- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review and adherence to development standards.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of custom software solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.
Additional Information:
