About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This strategic leader will provide financial insight, guidance, and oversight across all business units, driving sound decision-making and growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing financial strategies, implementing performance metrics, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial health.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key business partner to the Executive VP/CAO and Leadership Team.

• Lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and risk management.

• Develop annual financial objectives and key performance indicators.

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance.

• Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, and capital structure.

• Support business planning through data-driven insights and ERP optimization.

• Guide audit activities and risk management programs.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in financial leadership (VP, CFO, or similar role).

• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
