Description
We are seeking for a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). This role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration with other enterprise tools, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies.
•Own and manage the GRC technology platform, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with organizational policies.
•Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
•Perform regular platform reviews, health checks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
•Lead the integration of GRC platform with external systems (e.g., ticketing tools, SIEM, HRMS) for data sharing and analytics.
•Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches to ensure platform stability.
•Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on GRC platform functionalities.
•Generate advanced reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making.
- Strong client interaction skills, both written and verbal
- Highly Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Critical thinking, including questioning, digestion, thought process, and documentation of same.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management, including speed and ownership to drive closure and seek solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Additional Qualification:
- Prior consulting experience with big 4 or large clientele is preferable.
- Strong client interaction skills, both written and verbal
- Highly Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Critical thinking, including questioning, digestion, thought process, and documentation of same.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management, including speed and ownership to drive closure and seek solutions.
