Audit Manager (Manufacturing/FMCG)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities, strengthen risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with extensive audit experience and exposure to manufacturing or FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and implement risk-based internal audit plans.
• 
  Lead audits covering financial, operational, compliance, and process controls.
• 
  Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• 
  Identify business risks and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• 
  Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• 
  Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 
  Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 
  Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• 
  Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• 
  Candidates from audit firms are welcome, provided they have handled manufacturing or FMCG clients.
• 
  Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.

  Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
