• Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate
• Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success
• Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
• Search for New business in different industries and close new business

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or interest in working in the area (preferably with CS language roles)
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment
• Winning mentality
• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Excellent level of English - written and oral communication
