Job Description

• The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, capital management, and risk management.
• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, aligned with long-term goals.
• Implement initiatives to optimize financial performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, and capital allocation.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, audit, and treasury, ensuring robust internal controls and transparency.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risks through effective mitigation strategies.

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO in the banking sector or a large financial services institution.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and best practices in financial management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with financial management systems, capital management, corporate action, treasury management, and risk management tools.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
