Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, HCM Modules(HCM/Absence/Talent/Helpdesk), Extract, Redwood, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, ADP, ERP, Integrations, AI Studio.

  • Eligibility : 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, including:
  • Issue analysis and resolution
  • Root cause analysis
  • SR, Change, and release management support with documentation

  • Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including one or more of:
  • Core HR
  • Security
  • Absence
  • Talent Management
  • Helpdesk

  • Excellent Technical hands-on experience to Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using:
  • OTBI
  • BI Publisher
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fast Formula
  • Personalization /Redwood
  • Third-party systems such as ADP and Oracle ERP
  • Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support on production issues, product bugs, and patches.
  • Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies(SOX), and best practices.
  • Solves complex technical and functional issues independently.
  • Applies sound judgment by reviewing multiple sources of information.
  • Takes a proactive approach to improving existing solutions and processes.
  • Delivers stable, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
