We are looking for a Backend Engineer who plays a key role in supporting all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a dynamic team-based environment, while demonstrating extensive technical skills, decision-making abilities and the highest level of professionalism. The candidate is also expected to have a strong programming etiquette and excellent business knowledge/experience.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 5 Years

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Function: Software Engineering → Backend Development

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.

● At least Five years of experience as a Node.js developer.

● Knowledge of event driven architecture

● Experience with JAVA is a plus

● Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Microservices, libraries, and frameworks.

● Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have strong problem-solving skills.

● Work with minimum of technical supervision

● Stay current with the latest engineering technologies and best practices

● May require overtime or off-peak hours to meet commitments

● Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

● Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools.

● Knowledge of serverless architectures.
