Job brief

We are currently seeking a Commercial Systems Director to own and maintain the commercial systems and data landscape, ensuring that any changes are coherent, sustainable, and do not generate technical debt. Requiring a deep understanding of the current systems, data flows, and how they are used across the business. This position ensures that commercial needs are met both reactively when highlighted by the organization and proactively when new opportunities are identified and aligned with stakeholders. It is a hands-on role focused on the efficient and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience as a software Engineer
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Experience working for airlines is a plus but is not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-centric mentality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to alternate between extreme detail orientation and the ability to understand the larger picture
• Excellent English skills (written, conversational and comprehension).
• Proficient level of Spanish (written, conversational and comprehension).
