Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or SaaS growth roles.
- Strong understanding of retention and expansion strategies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer behavior data.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies focused on retention and expansion.
- Develop campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement.
- Create customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Manage newsletters, product updates, and customer communication programs.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to identify advocacy opportunities.
- Segment customer base and build targeted messaging for each lifecycle stage.
- Monitor churn, engagement, and customer lifetime value trends.
- Support building of customer communities or engagement programs.
