Description
- Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting within the banking industry
- 5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis, interpreting business rules and financial requirements
- Proven experience in requirements discovery and gathering (interviews, workshops) and translating business needs into technical and data requirements
- Acting as a key liaison between business and IT, in corporate and multi‑vendor environments
- Strong experience in data analysis and source‑to‑target data mapping, following defined data modeling standards
- 7+ years of experience with SQL – complex queries, data analysis and reconciliation
- Solid knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases (Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
- Hands‑on experience in BI and reporting, preferably with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong experience in technical design, testing activities (test case definition and execution), and documentation
- Ability to identify and analyze data quality issues and propose remediation measures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences (internal clients, experts, application providers)
- English – good working proficiency
- High autonomy and fast integration capability within ongoing projects
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
