We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team at Alabaster Benefits Inc. This position involves overseeing and managing various projects to ensure they meet the company's objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage project team members and external resources.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the benefits or insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Agile project management.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
