Description

Game Day USA is looking for a qualified and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will act as the lead point of contact for any and all customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. The primary goal of this position is to create a positive experience for our customers, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle and effectively resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Timely and accurately document and update customer records in the company CRM system after every interaction.
    • Provide product and service information to customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and business growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand and stay up-to-date on product offerings.
    • Work with the customer support team to develop and implement new processes for improving customer service.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
    • Experience with CRM systems and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace and poise.
    • High school diploma required. A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
