Use feedback, performance date and best practice to improve the

Act as a first‑line coach for new hires, fostering engagement and early retention.
Strong instructional design and facilitation abilities.
Data analysis (Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
