An exiting opportunity as a Facilities Quality Assurance Lead has arisen and we are seeking a proactive and quality-focused professional to play a key role in driving a ‘Quality First’ culture across our Facilities function. This exciting and evolving position will support the delivery of Quality by Design principles, ensuring excellence in Data Integrity, regulatory compliance, policy development, and operational best practice. Working across a diverse range of facilities services, you will contribute to innovative workplace initiatives, support compliance and audit activities, enhance reporting and digital systems, and help embed new technologies that improve service delivery. As a valued ambassador for the Facilities team, you will represent the function at national meetings, collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, and support the continued growth and development of the department. Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term for 16 Months
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
Key Activities:
- Full day to day management of Facilities Projects, providing technical knowledge and expertise where necessary.
- Management of specific tasks on behalf of Change Grow Live’s
- Facilities Team, including, but not limited to, project visits, H&S audits, new technology onboarding
- Complete quality assurance checks to ensure competency and consistency within our delivery across all teams within Facilities.
- This will include work audits, training, reporting and ensuring the Facilities Team provides high quality services across the board.
- Alongside the Director of Facilities, seek to drive improvements across the Facilities Team and be the conduit for other support service improvements
- Management of specific short-term projects on behalf of the Director of Facilities
- Be a key role in the development of Facilities premises strategies to ensure a consistent look and feel across buildings
- Attend and be a key role in National meetings to deliver updates and initiatives to the Facilities Team
- Promote the Facilities Team nationally with good news stories and key intranet updates
- Provide high quality personal assistance to the Director of Facilities
- Creation and development of Facilities Intranet pages to improve support to all CGL staff members.
- Ensure the wider team is working towards Facilities policies and procedures
- Contribute to maintaining safe systems of work and a safe environment.Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
Education Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant proven experience of working within a Facilities Team
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience of implementing a project
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- High level experience of managing projects with the ability to prioritise workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and to manage tight deadlinesAbilities and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills exercising confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy when working with others.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced administrative skills.
- Very well organised, able to work with autonomy and with others
- Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders
- Computer literate in a variety of software packages
