Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via various communication channels
  • Handle repeat order processing and sales order management accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless order execution
  • Prepare regular reports to sales and customers, ie order delivery reports, stock inventory reports, and related metrics etc.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI tools and automation in customer service workflows
  • Assist in streamlining processes using digital tools and system enhancements
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with automation tools such as Macro, VBA, Power Automate, and Power Query is a strong advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Contract Terms

  • 6-month contract with possibility of renewal based on performance
