Your Role:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be essential in providing top-tier assistance to our users. Your main responsibilities will include:

Technical Skills: Basic coding knowledge with the ability to read code; prior experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity in conveying technical information.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
