Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
• Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics Requirements:
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• English Advanced level.
• High School graduated.
• Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
• Fair written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and logical thinking.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Thinks outside of the box.
• Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
• Problem solving abilities.
Type of work:
• On-site. Internal - General Use
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general/rotative shift but 24/7 availability).
