Our client is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations across their salons in multiple regions. This strategic role will drive financial planning and analysis, supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all salons.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the financial reporting process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Company Auditor and PWC for streamlined operations.
• Develop strategies for new salon openings.
• Monitor cash flow and provide insights to the CEO.
• Hire, train, and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with auditing processes and external auditors.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
