Job Description:
Provide support to existing customers, including addressing and resolving issues.Coordinate with vendors to ensure services align with customer requirements.Manage job responsibilities such as shipment planning, vendor bookings, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation.Update data accurately within the system.Job Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.Ideally a Senior Executive specialising in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.Demonstrates a positive working attitude.Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment.Effective problem-solving abilities.Displays a strong sense of responsibility.Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).Benefits:
