Job Description:

The Program Solutions Manager (PSM) is responsible for the delivery of our Fiduciary Advisory Services (FAS) and Education & Plan Services (EPS) to Defined Contribution plans enrolled in these services.  The PSM is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience and ensuring full delivery of the program requirements, working closely with Merrill Financial Advisors and clients to onboard to the Program Solutions Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to onboard both existing and new clients

  • Deliver Fiduciary Advisory Services (FAS) and Education & Plan Services (EPS) to Defined Contribution clients

Fiduciary Services

  • Creation of Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

  • Perform investment due diligence

  • Design fund menu

  • Periodic performance reporting

  • Perform Annual Client Reviews (ACR)

  • Facilitate onboarding to FAS

  • Reengagement of terminated plans

Education & Plan Services

  • Provide guidance on plan design

  • Conduct financial education for company employees

Required:

  • Knowledge of the retirement plan business and / or the investment advisory business

  • 5+ years client facing experience

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • Partner with key stakeholders with a focus on ensuring service excellence is provided to clients

  • Strong investment acumen working with clients

  • Executes the bank’s risk culture and strives for operational excellence

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work with a cross-functional team

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

  • Series 7 (SIE and Top Off) and Series 63/65 or Series 66

  • CPFA Designation (or ability to obtain within compliance period)
