Senior Manager – Delivery Lead
This role is for experienced delivery professionals with strong consulting capability who can lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across enterprise environments.You will drive delivery from the front, define delivery approaches where needed, and ensure measurable business outcomes are achieved.
The role requires a combination of delivery discipline, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and team leadership, alongside a commitment to maintaining high-quality, consistent delivery standards and contributing to internal capability development.
Projects may include delivery of enterprise initiatives across data, technology and transformation domains; ensuring successful change adoption, transition into Business as Usual (BAU) and value add outcomes is key.
OUR DELIVERY CONSULTANTS:
- Lead and shape delivery across programmes, projects and workstreams
- Define delivery approach in ambiguous or early-stage engagements
- Drive delivery from the front, removing blockers, presenting solutions, maintaining pace and momentum
- Demonstrate strong personal accountability and ownership
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across Dufrain, client, and third-party teams
- Deliver measurable business outcomes and value
- Lead and develop teams
- Apply and support evolution of delivery standards
- Support change and adoption into BAU
- Manage commercial aspects including budget, forecasting, and change control
- Enable others to deliver effectively, not just through personal contribution
- Demonstrate strong delivery standards, ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery artefacts are applied consistently, regardless of the delivery methodology
- Deliver complex engagements with measurable business outcomes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects or multi-workstream programmes across enterprise environments
- Ability to define delivery approach and structure problems
- Proven experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Evidence of measurable business outcomes (cost, efficiency, adoption)
- Strong team leadership and people development
- Experience managing commercial trade-offs (scope, budget, delivery)
- Experience in data, digital, or transformation environments
- Financial Services experience desirable but not mandatory
- Strong delivery leader who takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure quickly
- Able to balance delivery trade-offs and commercial impact
- Demonstrates pace, energy, and delivery focus
- Strong team leader, capable of motivating and developing others
- Structured thinker with clear and concise communication style
- Commercially aware, understanding how delivery decisions impact financial outcomes
- Collaborative and supportive, contributing to team and organisational capability
