Business Development Representative – Lender Solutions

Location: Remote

Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000

Target Commission: $50,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $120,000

Vitu is the leading provider of vehicle titling and registration solutions in the U.S., serving dealerships, lenders, and government agencies nationwide. Our Lender Solutions team is growing, and we’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us connect with key automotive lending institutions.

Role Overview

As a BDR, you will be responsible for initiating contact with automotive lenders, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for our Account Executives. You'll focus on selling Vitu’s suite of industry-leading solutions, including NTX Repossession Title Services, Electronic Titling and Registration Software, and Accelerated Title.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Target high-volume lender prospects and book demo appointments

• Engage key decision-makers to identify pain points and propose solutions

• Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, activity, and communication

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and strategy

• Occasionally attend industry events and internal meetings

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales or as a BDR (preferably with lenders)

• 3+ years of total sales experience with a successful track record

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-driven and highly organized

• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

• Experience in the automotive finance or dealership space is a bonus
