Description

We're looking for an ambitious SDR to help grow our clients in the UK IT Managed Services (MSP) sector.

If you're already working in outbound sales and are looking for more autonomy, better coaching and greater earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

You'll engage with business owners and senior decision-makers, creating qualified opportunities for our MSP clients through thoughtful outbound prospecting.

Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding business challenges and creating meaningful conversations—not simply reading a script.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter or in outbound B2B sales.
  • Understands the IT support, managed services or technology sector (or can demonstrate the ability to learn it quickly).
  • Has excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Is coachable, curious and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Takes ownership of their performance and is always looking for smarter, more effective ways to achieve results.
