Description
- Oversee the sourcing and growth of Two-Wheeler loan business within the state.
- Manage and motivate frontline sales BDMs and foster relationships with dealers, DSAs, and strategic partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance adherence.
- Prioritize quality sourcing and actively push cross-selling of liability and additional banking products to strengthen the portfolio.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs to expand business sourcing.
- Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state.
- Drive state-level profitability by monitoring key metrics.
- Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identify risks, and optimize accordingly.
- Maintain a robust business pipeline with high activity.
- Generate business to consistently meet monthly revenue and profitability targets across TW Loans portfolios.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels
- Relationship management with key Dealership Group & Corporate DSA's
- Payout reconciliation
- Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders
- Candidate needs to have existing connects with customers of the state.
- He should have connect with state Dealer, DSA & OEM
- He should be having knowledge of delinquent portfolio
- He should have connects with big dealership who are giving major business to respective state
- Ensure all the team members achieve productivity norms.
Graduate/ MBA
