Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Product / Business Development Manager to drive the strategic development and growth of medical products, laboratory items, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, executing sales strategies, and strengthening partnerships to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for medical products, laboratory items, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals.
• Implement corporate sales strategies and programs to support business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging market trends.
• Maintain and manage the customer database effectively.
• Formulate category targets based on market growth, market potential, and new product innovation.
• Maintain effective communication with principals and partners regarding partnership strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing, Biology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Degree or 5 years of experience in the Healthcare or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong IT literacy and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
