At Napthens, you will play a key role within our Quality, Risk & Compliance team — helping maintain exacting standards across legal and business support teams.

Your day to day will include:

• ✔ Identifying risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve

• ✔ Producing clear, balanced audit reports

• ✔ Supporting action plans and following improvements through

• ✔ Coordinating ISO activity and accreditation requirements

• ✔ Engaging with colleagues to strengthen processes and outcomes

You are someone who is:

• ✔ Methodical, organised, and detail-driven

• ✔ Comfortable explaining audit findings clearly and professionally

• ✔ Experienced in regulated or professional environments

• ✔ Familiar with ISO and/or Lexcel frameworks

• ✔ Able to build trust while still providing constructive challenge
