Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
  • Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
  • Handle HR documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Assist in payroll coordination and timekeeping concerns
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in HR is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
