Program Manager Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee multiple projects under the program to ensure timely delivery. • Define program goals, objectives, and success metrics. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. • Communicate program updates, milestones, and issues to senior stakeholders. • Ensure alignment of projects with overall business strategy. • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. • Drive process improvements and best practices across projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field. • 6–10 years of experience in program or project management. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills: • PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage. • Experience in handling complex, multi-department programs. This is an Internal document.
