## Tasks
**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations — directly contributing to the growth of the company.
**What You Will Do**
* Manage the **full-cycle recruitment process**: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding.
* Proactively **source candidates** via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
* Partner closely with **Hiring Managers** to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
* Build and maintain a strong **talent pool** for future hiring demands.
* Execute **employer branding activities** across multiple platforms.
* Track, analyze and optimize **recruitment performance metrics**.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
## Requirements
* At least **3 years of experience** in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
* Strong skills in **sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication**.
* Familiar with hiring across **Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations** roles is a plus.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
* Good English communication is an advantage.
* Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
