POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a liaison between Quality and R&D and will work hand and hand with Operational teams on formulations, microbiological testing and daily production support. This position will also offer support to our sales force with customer complaints and resolution of issues with our products.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Manufacturing with daily testing and non-routine formula adjustments
• Manage and maintain customer complaints and troubleshoot root cause of problems
• Develop and implement Microbiological procedures and testing regimens
• Maintain specifications and documents for ISO requirements
• Perform incoming inspection on materials
• Conduct testing of product formulations to ensure product performance and establish product specifications
• Assist other departments within the organization with technical support
• Maintain data in electronic databases
• Manage departmental affairs as required or assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 0-2 Years Lab Experience
• Bachelors in a Science related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel and Word
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient use of basic laboratory equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems
• Good critical thinking
